Arab Startup Competition Twelfth Edition 2019: Ideas Track - Semi-finalist
Description
Deaf Talker is a simple verbal communication device for the deaf, which uses mouth gestures to vocalize thoughts and ideas. The technique has to be equally mastered by both communicating partners. The novelty of the technology is that it can efficiently replace inaudible hand gestures with mouth gestures, and therefore allowing the deaf people to communicate as easily as hearing people do.
