Arab Startup Competition Fourteenth Edition 2021: Startups Track - Finalist

Sindyan is an EdTech startup created by parents and inspired by children. We produce original high-quality digital educational content for children 5-9 years old in Arabic and in English. Our first product is the STEM Buddies or “أصدقاء العلوم”, a short animation series and companion mobile application for children 5-9 years old. It is fun, engaging and entertaining. It aims at sparking children’s interest in STEM which helps them pursue careers in the same field later in life. It also teaches them 21 century skills which is essential not only to learn inside the classroom, but also to thrive and succeed in life. Sindyan has been active in the Nordic EdTech eco-system since 2019 and the STEM Buddies app has been proudly certified for pedagogical quality by the leading Finnish organization Education Alliance Finland (EAF). It has been enjoyed by thousands of children around the world. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play and let your child experience the joy of learning.
